I help organisations deliver better projects through smarter, more efficient BIM.

I’m an experienced BIM Lead and consultant with over a decade in architecture and digital construction, specialising in ISO 19650 implementation, workflow optimisation, and practical BIM delivery. My focus is simple: making BIM work in the real world—streamlining processes, improving data quality, and helping teams deliver with confidence.

Alongside my role as Estates BIM Lead at British Antarctic Survey, I run Bimlead, where I support clients across the UK with tailored BIM solutions.

I work with architects, contractors, and project teams to:

  • Develop ISO 19650-compliant BIM workflows and standards
  • Create robust Revit and Archicad templates
  • Build custom Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive tasks
  • Set up and manage Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Produce BIM Execution Plans and information requirements
  • Support teams with modelling, coordination, and drawing production
  • Train and upskill staff in BIM tools and best practices

My experience includes delivering BIM across major infrastructure projects with East West Railway Company and leading BIM implementation within architectural practices such as Arctica Ltd and UrbanEdge Architecture.

What sets my approach apart is a focus on clarity and usability. I don’t just create standards—I make sure they’re understood, adopted, and deliver real value to your projects.

If you’re looking to improve your BIM processes, solve complex modelling challenges, or bring structure to your digital delivery, I’d be happy to help.
